Terms of use

These terms cover FitMirror, provided by Daniel Iravani under the EnTerra Scientific brand, and its hosted image service. Contact: enterrascientific@gmail.com. By accepting these terms in the generation dialog, you agree to the conditions below. If you do not agree, do not use the hosted image service.

Eligibility and image rights

You must be at least 18 to use hosted image generation. Upload only clothed adult images you own or have permission to process, and garment images you are authorized to use. Do not submit another person's body photo without their informed permission. Do not upload intimate images, images of minors, or material intended for harassment, impersonation or unlawful use. Follow applicable law and OpenAI’s usage policies.

What FitMirror provides

The local measurement tool compares entered numbers and creates an estimated avatar shape. An image-generation request produces an approximate appearance illustration. Neither the avatar nor the AI output establishes exact fabric drape, comfort, stretch, accurate body reconstruction or guaranteed fit. Missing garment measurements stay unknown. A retailer's body size chart is not a finished garment measurement. Check the retailer's current product specifications, sizing and return policy before buying.

FitMirror is not affiliated with or endorsed by the retailer you visit. Retailer content and trademarks belong to their owners. We do not promise compatibility with every product page, chart format or browser.

API keys and charges

You may use your own OpenAI API key, held temporarily in the tab, or an operator-provided private service token. You are responsible for your API account, permissions and spending limits. OpenAI may charge for generation, including jobs started before cancellation or a connection failure. A connection check does not generate an image. No payment or subscription is collected by this version of FitMirror. Future paid features would require separate, clearly presented terms.

Keep credentials secret and use only trusted backends. FitMirror does not acquire ownership of your API key. We cannot guarantee that a third-party backend selected by you follows our retention or security practices.

Inputs and outputs

You retain your existing rights to your inputs. You grant the limited permission needed to transmit and process the inputs to provide your requested preview. As between you and FitMirror, we do not claim ownership of your uploaded images or generated preview. Your rights to generated output remain subject to applicable law and the image provider’s terms. Outputs may be inaccurate or resemble other outputs; FitMirror does not guarantee exclusivity or non-infringement. Do not pass off a preview as proof of a retailer's product or as a verified photograph.

Privacy

The Privacy policy explains local storage, optional uploads, processors, retention and deletion. Each generation needs separate processing consent. Declining consent prevents that request and does not prevent local measurement comparison.

Saving a profile

Saving is optional. Saved profiles are encrypted using your chosen passphrase, which FitMirror cannot recover. Keep a copy of your measurements elsewhere if you need a backup. An unlocked fitting tab displays your inputs; protect access to your device. Deleting the profile removes the saved record but does not delete downloaded images, copies you made or provider-retained data.

Availability and misuse

This is an early-access service, provided as available. We may limit requests, suspend misuse, or change or discontinue features. Shared backend limits can temporarily affect availability. Material changes to these terms apply prospectively and require acceptance before a new hosted generation request. Do not evade request limits, interfere with the service, test others' credentials or attempt unauthorized access. You can stop using it at any time and clear local data.

Responsibility and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FitMirror is provided without a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. We are not responsible for purchase decisions based solely on an approximation or for charges imposed under your own API-provider agreement. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Governing law and updates

These terms are governed by Ontario law and applicable Canadian federal law, subject to mandatory rights in your jurisdiction. Material changes will be dated here and presented for acceptance before later hosted generation requests.
